Leigh is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Resolution Life US, where she oversees the legal, compliance and internal audit functions. Leigh is part of Resolution Life’s nine-member leadership squad which is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Resolution Life’s US market. Leigh advises on potential acquisitions and reinsurance transactions, including the recent successful $9.4 billion reinsurance transaction with The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company.

Leigh was the lead attorney for the Resolution Life Group in its acquisition of Voya Financial’s individual life and annuities business (which later became Resolution Life US) and Resolution Re’s reinsurance of $5.7 billion of annuities from Symetra Life Insurance Company. Between 2014 and 2019, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for the prior US Resolution vehicle, and was the principal in-house attorney throughout the company’s sale processes. Prior to Resolution Life, Leigh was an associate at Debevoise and Plimpton LLP in New York.

Leigh holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
