Dave joined Resolution Life US in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for the financial leadership of the company’s U.S. business and oversees all financial departments. He is also a part of the business’ nine-member leadership squad that is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Resolution Life’s U.S. market.

A skilled financial executive, Dave has more than 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry, including 10-plus years’ experience as a chief financial officer. Prior to joining Resolution Life, he was CFO at SCOR Global Life Americas where he was also a member of the company’s U.S. Executive Leadership Team. He also served as CFO with Navy Mutual and has held senior finance roles with Aegon USA and Allianz Life.

Dave holds a B.S. with honors from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
