Carrie joined Resolution Life US in September 2023 and serves as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. She has more than 20 years of experience building and managing large-scale human resource strategies.

Prior to joining RLUS, Carrie worked at U.S. Bank as Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking. She also spent several years as Senior Vice President of HR at Wells Fargo and its predecessor organization, Wachovia.

Carrie earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. She is a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Charlotte, a member of Women Executives of Charlotte, and a mentor for Wings for Growth, an organization supporting the development of women who aspire to be leaders.
