London, October 1, 2024 - Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has today affirmed the A3 insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) of Resolution Re Ltd. (Resolution Re) and the Baa2 long-term issuer rating and Baa3 (hyb) backed subordinated debt rating of RLGH Finance Bermuda Ltd. (RLGH FB). They have also upgraded to A3 from Baa1 the IFSR of Security Life of Denver Insurance Company (SLD), the lead insurance operating company of Resolution Life US Holdings Inc. (RLUSH). All affected entities are subsidiaries of Resolution Life Group Holdings Ltd (Resolution Life, or Group), a Bermuda based insurance group that acquires and manages portfolios of life insurance business.
The outlooks for all entities remain stable.
